Day 02 - Where you’d like to be in 10 years.

- I'd like a successful career which I'd enjoy.
- I know money can't buy true happiness, but I wouldn't mind a decent amount of money (:
- A lovely home thats not in Preston.
- I'm not saying I want a husband then but a guy in my life would be nice.
- lastly, I'd want my close family and friends to still be a part of my life.

trick or treat.

I wish I could sit and watch a horror film this Halloween with popcorn, wine and friends like Janice and Damion do on Mean Girls- but I carn't.

I'll explain all...

Since I was young i've ALWAYS had a fear of horror movies. actually, I seem to be afraid of most films that contain the smallest clip that could make a person jump or even twitch (the Lord Of The Rings for example). Oh, the worst one had to be Toy Story 3. I was sat in a cinema with 10 year olds and guess which one of us held their breath for dear life when Big Baby twisted its head? me, yes me. You know you've reached a low when children half your age are laughing at how childish your being.

I admit it, its pathetic. I'm nearly 18 years old and I still need a cushion to hide behind.
I tried to concur my fear a couple of years ago when I watched Scream at my friends house and as you can assume, the plan failed. I couldn't sleep for a week and the thought of going to the garage on my own and shutting the fridge door only to find Scream lurking behind with a knife seemed extremely likely.

You think i'm joking? trust me, i'm not.

I went to the cinemas a couple of weeks ago with my sister, who can I just point out happens to find horror films "hilarious" and not in the slightest bit scary. Basically, we went to watch this film called "The Last Exorcism", I have no idea what possessed me to go watch it, I really don't.
I sat in the cinema and cried, I literally cried. It. Was. Horrible.
I came out shaking like a leaf and as you can assume my sister left thinking the film and my reaction was "hilarious".

Mike Posner.

If I could write you a song,
and make you fall in love,
I would already have you up under my arm.
I used to pull all my tricks,
I hope that you like this.
but you probably won't,
you think you're cooler than me.

you got designer shades,
just to hide your face and
you wear them around like
you're cooler than me.
and you never say hey,
or remember my name.
its probably cause',
you think you're cooler than me.

you got your hot crowd,
shoes on your feet,
and you wear them around,
like they ain't shit.
but you don't know,
the way that you look,
when your steps
make
that
much
noise.

see I got you,
all figured out,
you need everyone's eyes just to feel seen.
girl, your so vain,
you probably think that this song is about you.
don't you? don't you?

Bit of an addiction to this song atm.

Disney Couture

I'm abit in love with the collection really.

I remember being about seven and owning a Minnie Mouse tracksuit, cap and a matching bum-bag thinking because my outfit COMPLETELY matched I was easily the coolest person ever.
(I'm excused for the fashion disaster merely on the terms that I was seven years old)

But, Even though I carn't wear my head-to-toe Minnie Mouse ensemble, I can still love Disney in a much more classy way.

"The best love is the kind that awakens the soul and makes us reach for more, that plants a fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds. And that's what you've given me. That's what I'd hoped to give you forever." <3

"The Life And Death of Alexander Mcqueen" - the title of my English Language coursework essay, I think i'm going to geek out big time on this.

Finding all the research for this piece was really interesting, moving and upsetting. The fact that he purposefully hung himself with "his favorite brown belt" in his London flat because he couldn't cope with the depression he was fighting after tragically losing his mother only days earlier. To make matters worse McQueen was also mourning the upcoming Anniversary of his dear friend Isabella Blow, a stylist, who died back in 2007 after taking a drugs overdose.

Although my main intention of my Essay was to write a more fashion based piece focusing on McQueen's inspiring collections and magnificent talent I feel, after doing so much intense research, that I should focus more on his life and his death and pay tribute to the Man and the legend that is Lee Alexander McQueen.

R.I.P

UGGly.

they are overpriced and ugly. what would posses someone to spend between £400-£700 on these things, they honestly look like something a three year old would wear. actually, saying that would be insulting three year olds.

stick to what you know best Jimmy boy.

"I'm not perfect, but I'm perfect in my imperfection. perfectly imperfect" - Marc Jacobs

I'm learning not to care about what people think of me nowadays. Certain events that have happened this past year have lead me to realize that some people aren't the people I thought they were. I'm going to stop worrying because in life that gets you nowhere.
'Fuck it, Fuck them, Fuck you' is my new motto for the people who are nothing to me anymore.

I love studying Mario Testino for photography <3

- he's such a genius.

s/s 2011 - it must be love.

clashing evening dresses with harsh leathers, contrasting colours and of course the classic reinvention of the Burberry mac.

Christopher Bailey, marry me please.
